Responsible Gambling and Support
Sweepstakes casinos are for adults only: 21+ in most states, and 18+ only where state law allows it. Coins bought with real money are real spending, even when the game calls them something else.

Signs it may be time to stop
- Spending more time or money than planned, or chasing losses with another coin package.
- Hiding play from family or borrowing to keep going.
- Feeling anxious or irritable when not playing.
Free, confidential help in the US
- National Problem Gambling Helpline: 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738). Call, text or chat, 24 hours a day. Run by the National Council on Problem Gambling (ncpgambling.org).

Practical tools
- Set daily or weekly purchase limits in your account, where the operator offers them.
- Use the operator’s cool-off or self-exclusion option. Most sweepstakes sites list it in account settings or the responsible gaming section of their terms.
- Install blocking software on phones and computers to stop access to gambling sites.
- Ask your bank whether it can block gambling transactions on your card.
If someone you know is struggling, the same helpline supports family members and friends.
