Corrections

If a page states a redemption limit, an excluded state or a bonus term that has since changed, send the page link and a link to the source showing the current wording. Corrections are dated on the page once checked.

Tips

New brands, terms changes, state notices and regulator actions are all welcome. A link to the primary document helps more than a screenshot.

Operators

Operators who want to respond to something we published can write to the same address. Please include the name of the licensed entity and a link to the current terms.

Advertising

Sponsored placements are described on the advertise page. Put “Advertising” in the subject line so it is routed quickly.

The journal cannot help with individual account disputes, withdrawals or bans. Those need to go to the operator first, then to your state’s consumer protection office if they are not resolved.
